Diabetic Charitable Services

Jack Oberding, president of the Diabetic Service Foundation, initiated the development of the charity as a means to help with detection, education, and testing supplies for needy diabetics. Diabetic Service Foundation is a national mail order diabetic supply company providing glucose testing equipment and supplies to diabetic patients throughout the continental United States and Puerto Rico. In his dealings with the diabetic community, it became evident to Mr. Oberding that many diabetics have no form of insurance and are without the means to purchase essential testing supplies. These supplies monitor glucose levels in the blood and are essential in maintaining good health.

In light of this obvious need, Mr. Oberding envisioned a way in which his company could give back to those less fortunate diabetic individuals. This vision resulted in the creation of Diabetic Charitable Services.

The Tampa Bay Dream Center is a nonprofit charity raising the standard of giving through modern-day teenage missionaries whereby bringing hope to the hopeless, food for the homeless, and restoration for the impoverished.

Not from afar, not only on holidays, the Dream Center's mission is to change the face of the inner city known as Ybor. Caring for the residents and caring about the business owners alike is our philosophy.

To make an impact, we simply cannot do it alone. Through the generous support of the community leaders, citizens, churches, and corporate entities, there can be change! The true hunger here is the hunger in our hearts to take this city back one block at a time.
