Energy Source Solutions (ESS) is a wholly owned Utility Holding Company that was acquired by CSO Industries in 2001. ESS is dedicated to acquiring other utility assets, including retail customers in states that have been deregulated through it's affiliate USave Energy.

Deregulation has occurred in 14 states, with others to follow as a result of government-regulated monopolies. This in turn has opened deregulated markets where alternative suppliers, known as REP's "Retail Electric Providers" can supply electricity and gas at a savings to the utility customers.

With the customers wires company (LDU) continuing to support the distribution of electricity or gas, reading their meter, and handling customer service for outages, there's not many reasons why a customer would not want to enjoy the savings they are entitled to receive.

We will achieve our business expansion by acquisition of diversified utilities, books of businesses, and small generation facilities in the near and far future for the benefit of our investors.
